Terra Bloom is a small practice, and your parcel is packed the same way everything else here is made — by hand, one at a time. Here's exactly how it works, in plain words.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you're outside the UK and would like something from the shop, write to us — we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you safely. Essential oils travel under postal rules that vary by country, and we'd rather check than guess.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: orders are packed and posted within 2–3 working days. We're a small operation, not a warehouse — each parcel is wrapped by the same hands that chose the oils.
- Delivery: we send everything Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. You'll receive the tracking number by email the day your order goes out.
What it costs
- Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.95
- Orders over £45: shipping is free
How it's packed
Most of what we sell lives in glass — amber bottles, diffuser vessels — so everything is cushioned properly and packed so it can't shift in transit. We keep the packaging honest too: protective where it needs to be, without theatre.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel arrives damaged, goes quiet in tracking, or simply doesn't turn up, emailhello@terrabloom.co.uk with your order number and we'll put it right — a real person reads every message, usually within a day or two. For damage, a quick photo of the parcel as it arrived helps us sort it fastest.
