Essential Oil Guide

Lavender

Crown · Sahasrara · 963 Hz

with secondary anchors at the Throat (741 Hz) and Third Eye (852 Hz)

Still the mind. Soften the day.

The widest-reaching oil in our range — anchored at the Crown, the seat of stillness, but reaching down through the Throat and Third Eye on its way. Pure Lavandula angustifolia from the high-altitude fields of Provence, gently steam-distilled to preserve the soft floral notes that the high-pressure trade cuts away. Diffuse one breath before bed, play the 963 Hz tone, and let the day land.

  • Bath — 6–12 drops in 1 tbsp jojoba, stirred into a half-full warm bath before you step in.
  • Pillow — one drop on a cotton handkerchief tucked into the pillowcase.
